Something I did enjoy more (to my surprise) is the Autolux CD. The last single I thought was ace in an early 90's US indie rock ala Breeders/ Veruca Salt way. This is bursting with tunes and melodies in the same way a pre-pubescent boy's face is bursting with puss. They're everywhere, and even though the music is terribly derivative they have a certain something about them. The easiest comparison is early Joy Zipper albeit with more riffs but it has that lazy summery feel going on. I really like this and heartily recommend this to folks who want some quality early 90's style indie guitar rock ala early (and good!) Joy Zipper. Nice...Be the first to review this record.
