I just review what I'm given. Finally something this week I at least half like. This is Our Beautiful Ridiculous Plan straight outta Manchester, England This is a guitar and double bass duet. The double bass is plucked in the same way that it is plucked on Talk Talk or Bed records. It sounds lovely. The guitar accompanies with a minimum of fuss. Jazzy but not twiddly. I guess a way way stripped back Talk Talk/Jaga Jazzist thing springs to mind. It is very good if abstract.
