I did release a record by Diefenbach once and am still utterly amazed to hear that they've changed in the way they have in such a short time. So much so it regularly comes up in conversation here and at some point in the next week Clinton will rip my mouth off and pull his own ears off in case I can still make noise. They started off sounding all instrumental post rock and this new single sounds a bit like an indie boy band doing the Republica thing. Do you remember them?? 'Let's Get Ready To Go'.... You know that one... that lass with the red hair, trendy London type probably selling burgers now (like all popstars should do when they hang their boots up). I guess they've gone down the Mew route as it's poppy indie stuff with guitars. In fact the sleeve looks like a Mew Sleeve. They should join up with Mew and start a Danish supergroup or something. At least there's the burger option at the end of it all if it all goes belly up... I'm not convinced.Be the first to review this record. Best reviewer each month gets £10 off their next order!
