This Larvae Empire E.P. looks right good fun. Played the Darkside first (The cover is a right geeks paradise mock up, I tell thee!) This is a more subtle & downtempo 6 tracker, eerie alienated synths over some sublime jungle breaks underpinned with some malevolent bass stabs (actually makes me think of the older drill & bass stuff from the late 90's) make up the core of the overall vibe. I think I'll deffo nominate this as my pick of the bunch as it's more understated & features fine mixes from Enduser & Bong-Ra.Be the first to review this record.
