Enduser. He's a very productive chap. Yet another record from him here. 'Comparing Paths' is on Very Friendly, is an album & is filled with his heavy, heavy blend of dark rave, splintercore jungle, ragga & distorta-cortex ear bleed intensity. It's quality stuff as usual but you all know how good he is at this stuff so just buy it ok. LP/CD

As if hurled from the flame-licked mouth of an infernal deity, Enduser comes at your ears with ferocity unmatched in the breakcore world. Comparing Paths’ 13 tracks barrel at you with pure amen madness, smouldering with emotional depth rarely found in break-centric music today. Featuring overtones of drum'n'bass' forerunners - true jungle, dancehall and ragga - to throw down the gauntlet for anyone hard enough to pick it up and toss it on the wheels of steel, it all comes together to make Comparing Paths one of 2005's most challenging break-based records.

Lynn Standafer is the unassuming, mild-mannered alter-ego of the one-man sonic wrecking crew known as Enduser. Born as the bastard son of KRS-ONE, Skinny Puppy and Photek, raised on a steady diet of hip-hop and early jungle records, Enduser smashes through genre walls with alternating punches of industrial strength drum'n'bass and hip-hop flavoured breakcore.

Since 1994, Enduser has been shredding through genre tags more quickly than they can be coined to describe his unique approach to the twisted world of hardcore broken beat music. Standafer's musical juggernaut has landed spots working with artists like The Bug, Panacea, Venetian Snares, Needlesharing, Soundmurderer, Otto Von Schirach & countless others. His recorded output has become the stuff of legend on respected cult labels such as Ant-zen, Mirex, Ad Noiseum, The Bug’s Razor X, and UK drum'n'bass leader Outbreak.
