Death from Above 1979 brand new album in on 679 recs. It comes with a bonus 6 track CD which has remixes on and a couple of vids. Am warming to these above the mediocre guitar bands out these days cos these genuinely rock. As I said last week you'd be hard pushed to find anything sexier than these guys musically. Hide your cats cos they'll eat them being the hard rock boys they are. rrraaaawwwkkkkkkk....

The only album that this brilliant Canadian duo managed to produce happened to be a shockingly punchy one. The ripping bass, rolling drums, seedy vocals and subtle synths make this beast a must-have for dance-rock enthusiasts. The second disc has both live, rare and remixed tracks and also videos. If you don't already know what Jesse F. Keeler's doing now, he's joined up with El-P with the electro-house act MSTRKRFT (almost equally as great as DFA1979)!
