Thee Plague Of Gentlemen - Pressue & Time

Pressue & Time by Thee Plague Of Gentlemen

3...according to our on Wed 29 Nov, 2006.

On the magnificent Southern Lord label comes Thee Plague of Gentleman  -at first I played this at the wrong speed  - it sounded like Elkie Brooks singing over a dungeon like death metal sludge. But at 33rpm it's even slower. It's as slow and cumbersome as England's footballers. It drags itself along like one of them dogs that have huge bodies and tiny legs. Who invented those dogs - what are they for? Are they designed for pensioners who can't walk very far?
