What we say This record left our Phil feeling unmoved. The Thrills are a band who generally don't live up to their band name. ie they're not too thrilling. So with anticipation do I run to the musicogram and stick on their new single. This is them doing a ballady thing and it's still got that 70's ELO thing happening in the music. It is a good tune though this and we'll give it a star rating of 21. Not For All The Love In The World is on 7" and 2 minty fresh compact discs....

About the humble CD single:

Another digital format and even though they can hold 80 minutes of information (like a CD album would) record companies only fill up a small portion of the disc. Sometimes only 1 or 2 tracks on there totalling 5 minutes or so. It's like going to a restaurant and getting a plate of food with 2 green beans on and wondering where the rest of your meal is. Sometimes they're lovingly packaged though and when the music is good then you're into a winner. Also you get videos on there sometimes which you can watch on your computer. That is excellent.
