This record left our Brian feeling happy.
We really liked that Animal Collective album here at the towers. A
right eccentric blend of off kilter psychedelic wizardry & twisted folk
wonderment it were. So with trepidation I begin to review the solo offering from
AC member Panda Bear. Rambling out of tune caterwauling, nonsensical
bletherings that sound like a mencap version of Super Furries stuck on an
out of control hamster wheel and just general out & out shit psychedelic
folk drone "made" by an 8 year old who can just about pluck a 1 string
guitar Quite an achievement then. I reckon he should stick to starring with his
mates in the superb Super Noodles ad on the telly.
