Dogs Die In Hot Cars are one of those infuriating bands. Undeniably talented & undoubtedly radio friendly but, and this is a BIG but, they annoy the shit out of us all here. Like a cross between The Boomtown Rats, Squeeze, XTC & freakin Deacon Blue, these chirpy Scots will go down in history as a wart on the face of decent music circa 2004. God though, they're still far preferable to The Ordinary Boys. The new single 'Lounger' is out on one of those funky 7" picture discs that seem to be all the rage again ala 1981 & a new fangled CD single thing. The B-side sounds like Talking Heads but nowhere near as good....Be the first to review this record. Best reviewer each month gets £10 off their next order!
