What we say This record left our Phil feeling happy. They're back! The Thrills!! Yes The Thrills are back. They're back alright and back they are with a new single on 3 formats. And if you're a fan you'll want all 3 formats as they all have exclusive tracks on. Summery 70's retro pop is what they do. The strings really remind me of ELO which is my book is a great thing but the majority of you will either be wondering who ELO are or cursing me. That's your prerogative.... someone has to write about it. Reviews can be so difficult to write sometimes. Especially when you're confronted with a pile of things you don't like that much. I guess you can't help what you like..... Which is probably leading you to the conclusion that I don't like this? Well you're wrong cos I think it's probably one of the best freshest sounding things they've done. Almost Thrilling (ouch...)

About the humble CD single:

Another digital format and even though they can hold 80 minutes of information (like a CD album would) record companies only fill up a small portion of the disc. Sometimes only 1 or 2 tracks on there totalling 5 minutes or so. It's like going to a restaurant and getting a plate of food with 2 green beans on and wondering where the rest of your meal is. Sometimes they're lovingly packaged though and when the music is good then you're into a winner. Also you get videos on there sometimes which you can watch on your computer. That is excellent.
