....Or this. A 4 track 12" by the rather fabulous Planquez. A mighty collision of My Bloody Valentine tremelo abuse & hypnotic post hardcore grinding on the opening track falling into Slint territory on the less abrasive 2nd track. It's all done with such a fresh attitude too. Keeping an underground & much beloved genre of music alive & well by just CARING & not just shoving sound-alike "will this do?" toss out like Mogwai who lost their edge after 'Young Team' in my opinion. They obviously LOVE Shellac too because side 2 opens with that intense Chicago blitzkrieg sound we all know & love. Top gear indeed & limited to 220 copies, all numbered.
