This Black Eyes new album on Dischord is an interesting affair. A big fecking cacophony of wailing instruments screaming out for order. The chaos works rather well though and even though there's a saxophone prevalent throughout the album (the most foulest of foul instruments) I still feel like I've listened to a good album. There's bit of early Fugazi in there but it's way more out there. Like Fugazi on magic mushrooms but arsing around in some crazy freeform style....Be the first to review this record.
