The fully fledged return of Joy Zipper (ignoring that rather lackluster mini LP) is here at last with the mucho delayed release of 'American Whip'. Sounding altogether more polished than their debut, it still keeps intact those sugar coated harmonies & that blissed out wall of sound that we all know & love. Some blatant MBVisms here, well worn but loveable Beach Boys style pop nous there & Tabitha's slinky kitten of a voice ready to melt the hardest of boy's hearts with one purr.
