The Mountain Goats are not Clint's favourite band so therefore the task of reviewing their new album 'We Shall All Be Healed' falls in my huge lap. He was met with a storm of protest from hordes of 'Goatees' last time after deeming 'Tallahasee' a bit lame, like, so I'm delighted to inform you, the masses, that the follow up is basically an American lo-fi Waterboys. With no 'Whole Of The Moon'. Is this gonna fund the huge marketing campaign required for Pixies mooted comeback? I don't think so.....Thanx 4AD.
