In a similar vein is the new one from Movietone. I was fairly in love with their first few albums for a good while there. This new one is their first in...oohhh...ages and sounds very nice on first listen all gently plucked guitars, hushed vocals, rolling piano's and lightly brushed drums. Maybe a bit of a country edge creeping into one or two tracks. Lazy and lovely. For fans of Nico, Mazzy Star, Empress and Crescent. On Domino.
