Textor & Sir Positive - Pure Luck

Pure Luck by Textor & Sir Positive

4...according to our on Thu 28 Dec, 2006.

Another really cool curiosity is a brilliant 7" by Textor & Sir Positive on Bomb Mite. Like wonky, strange, slo-mo hip-hop with a crackers European sounding Roots Manuva doing his skit. Called 'Pure Luck',  this is for fans of of Kid Koala, DJ Ordeal & the aforementioned Rodney Manuva. Proper Bo Selecta!

Sir Positive of WordSound & Black Hoodz fame is Superpitcher's former self. Textor of Kinderzimmer Productions fame is still the same. Together they carved a gloriously gloomy tune dripping with filthy hip hop, heavy dub, wobbly piano and a flow maybe stolen by Rakim. Pure Luck also features lyrics in a fictitious language that still has to be deciphered by all you wicked musicologists. And on theB-side you'll find nothing but a fine crude cut up version. File it under whatever you want? Think for yourself
