The Lovers are 2 people who were in the original line up of The Fall (the 2 Hanley Brothers) and Tom Hingley of the Inspiral Carpets. They have a natty limited 7" out which is a kind of lo fi punky affair and it sounds like an early Fall reject. So if your clamouring for more early Fall sounding records and you can cope with the man Hingley singing over it instead of the nonchalant Smith then this could be for you....
