Scarling, Asobi Seksu, The Autumns, Various
Blisscent Vol 2

This record left our Brian feeling happy.
Bizarre headfuck compilation of the erm....year? is the new Blisscent compilation called, snappily, II. That's because there was one before, see? The only bands i've heard of are Scarling, Hopewell & The Meeting Places and their brand of future-shoegazing never sounded finer. The first track is just plain bizzare in a 'what the fudge is THIS doing on here??' Kinda way but persevere & you will be rewarded with a vast array of quality, varied tunes from various hopefuls. Shades of Jeff Buckley, My Bloody Valentine & erm...Pusherman (remember THEM??) across the 15 tunes. It really sounds about 10 years old does this!
