The Zephrs are a decent band whose last album got clogged up when their label Southpaw went bust. This time around they're on Setanta with a much more polished sound but one which keeps the Galaxie 500 influence very much alive. Its slow, precise, quite enjoyable and a couple of the Mogwai fellers crop up here on added instrumental duties. Also file under a very slow, sleepy Delgados.
