Bizarre release of the week has to be The Chap LP/CD on Lo Recordings. Called 'The Horse', this sounds like utter fun fun fun. 2nd track 'Courage & Modesty' comes on like a real punk disco Kraftwerk with all the lunacy of early Moloko (no don't let that put you off!) Experimental po(m)p and abject silliness with titles such as 'I got flattened by a pig farmer' being par for the course. I reckon these people are proper hardcore weirdos with oodles of ideas.
