Review things. Parsley Sound. new single on 7" and compact digital disc. Two track 7", 5 track CD. Though 2 of the extra tracks on the CD were on the last 10". So to clarify there's one extra track on the CD if you bought the 10". Phew.... More goodness from Mo Wax. It's soulful slightly psychedlic guitar based music ala Simian. Hard to pigeonhole but the last single was one of my faves from last year and was a thing of undeniable beauty. This is more of the same and it's absolutely fantastic. It takes 2-3 listens before you realise you're listening to a classic tune. It's quite Manchester sounding and I think if it came out on Twisted Nerve you wouldn't think twice about it. Ie it sounds more like a traditional Twisted Nerve release than a traditional Mo Wax release. Think of Simon & Garfunkel from Manchester and you've got a great idea what this sounds like.
