DJ Format had a fine E.P. out a couple o' weeks back & now follows it with his full length 'Music For The Mature B-Boy' on Genuine/PIAS. CD and Double 180g vinyl (Pricey but NIIIICE!) Not massively up on this hip-hop lark me, but it's all upbeat, funky & top fun on this baby. For the De La Soul/Jurassic 5 fan in you for sure. I can hear a Definition of Sound style vibe on here especially on some of the samples encompassing big phat beats and funky breaks galore along the way plus plenty of party time rapping to carry it along.
