New full length CD by Sportique (called Black Is A very Popular Colour) who is mainly the guy who used to be in the Razorcuts and also features indie queen Amelia Fletcher (Heavenly etc). Shambling indie-pop thats somewhere between Jonathan Richman, The Buzzcocks and early Go-Betweens. Its somehow frightening to think that these people are probably in their forties by now but I have to say that if I had a fringe I'd be flopping it around all over the place to this.Be the first to review this record.
