Rating: happy This record left our Clint feeling happy.

The Apples In Stereo return with a new album (CD only am afraid). On this bundle of joy you get 11 tracks (the UK edition has a bonus track). The Apples have progressed slightly and it still sounds like them but there's a bit of The Pixies in there or something. Velocity of Sound is quite rocking and poppy. At first I wasn't sure cos it sounded different and after a few listens I realised it was great. Complete fun pop for people who like bouncing up and down and smiling everywhere. Joy oh joy.....
