Not just a single but also an album by Jack. 2 things in one week. We've been hammerring the single here for some time cos it's ace. Never been a big fan of 'em before. In fact I'd go as far as to say I didn't like them at all. This is a soulful Noonday Undergroundish 60's fueled pop gem. Possibly the only bad thing about it are the poetical read out vocals which are mildly irritating. Easily combatted by the instrumental version chucked on the end of the CD. Nice guitar sound and this great woo woo woooo vocal thing going all the way through it. Catchy as a virilent bout of STD's going around a 6th form common room. The Emperor Of New London is prety good The album (The End Of The way It's Always Been) is more of a mix of different sytles of music with indie being the main theme and it didn't impress me loads on first listen but I heard about 15 mins of it. How you can get a proper idea of an album in 15 mins is a mystery to me.Be the first to review this record. Best reviewer each month gets £10 off their next order!
