I bought their subsequent CD, and it wasn't nearly as good as this EP. One of those cases, I think, where the amateurishness of your first effort is preferable to the polish of what comes later. I mean- 'Life Can Be Beautiful' is evocative & cute... after two or so listens, you know every song and start discovering favorite bits... On an inferior album, you might consider the title track to be mere filler, but here it truly is thematic- the animals dancing on the back cover might even be playing the instruments.So, what do you think? Best reviewer each month gets £10 off their next order!
