The Argument by Fugazi

5...according to our on Mon 22 Jan, 2007.

Fugazi return from a long absence with a new single and album out on the same day though am not exactly sure how intentional it was. The single (called Furniture) is classic Fugazi along the lines of Waiting Room. Top chuggy indie guitar rock. Don't really need to say much more about that. Note the single tracks aren't on the LP. The LP (The Argument)  however I was unsure about at first but after a few plays I decided it was damned good and is a total grower. There's a few jazzy tracks on there but you kind of ignore them and eventually start to like 'em and realise this is a pop classic and quite possibly the best thing they've ever done. Right useful.
