Things We Lost In The Fire by Low

The new Low LP needs that new word to describe it once again. Absoultely marveltastic it is. Glory be the new Low LP for it has to come to save us from mediocrity and lameness. Lush beautiful songs that make you want to hang yourself and jump for joy at the same time. Confusing emotions I know but I kid you not. Things We Lost In The Fire is brilliant.

this is one of the most uplifting/heartbreakingly warm records ever, each song bathes you in equal amounts of pleasure and empathy,  there is very little to be said other than when Low shuffle off, they will leave behind a group of work which is without question (in my mind) - without equal. sometimes uplifting, sometimes an arm around your shoulder and sometimes a hand in the middle of your back pushing you on - they surround and support like no other, if you don't have a copy of this record, then you don't have beauty in your life. (whatever your girlfriend/wife/partner/civil or otherwise looks like)
