This is a 7” by Flats. It has a happy-looking dog on the front. On the disc there's a dirgey and repetitive bit of snotty four-note punky stuff with ranty distorted vocals, presumably influenced by Black Flag's output from when they started to slow down a bit. The recording is murky and lo-fi and nobody is doing anything particularly interesting. Flip it and there's something similar going on. BL says it's like a joke and I see what she means. It's like some kids have been played a couple of punk records and handed some guitars and told to make one of their own...only that would have a fighting chance of sounding good. Really can't award many points for originality or execution here. Total balls.
