Oh, hello. The collective we here at Norman Towers have affectionately dubbed the “Penis Amputee Travelling Band” are back with a CD on Reverb Worship which originally came out in an edition of 32 on Larkfall. This Reverb Worship version is in an edition of 45 so I guess they're going up in the world. Here they provide four hushed, minimal incantations of the minimal pastoral psych-folk variety, gently teasing your subconscious to the surface with their flutes and twinkly guitars. If you smell like incense sticks and patchouli oil and have batik wall hangings, and have changed your name by deed-poll to something nature-related like Stream or Hamster or Branch, you'll lose your shit over this.

'Stella And Astrophel' is the second of my reissues of long gone recordings by the Xenis Emputae Travelling Band. This was originally available in a tiny edition of 36 copies at a gig at the Small Music Theatre in Athens, Greece in 2006.The cd contains four lovely tracks. For this edition I have totally changed the design. The covers are made from thick, rustic handmade paper strewn with leaves petals and stems. The inserts are made from recycled brown wrapping paper.Comes in an edition of 45 copies. Many thanks yet again go to Phil Legard for making the whole thing possible.
