This is a superb slice of forward thinking electronic pop from a true innovator. Chris Carter was light years ahead of his time for many years, from TG through to this track which came around 1985. It's clear to hear why the Belgian New Beat DJ's took it on and played, bootlegged and mutated it amongst themselves. It is futuristic synthesizer pop at its most dreamy and narcotic. Hat's off to JD Twitch for re-introducing this almost lost classic to new audiences as well as giving old fans the chance of finally owing it on 12". Oh and Ulysses and John Selway, aka Neurotic Drum Band do a decent job too in terms of remix action. A wee beef up in terms of drums but faithful with the synth motif's. Handled with care.
