Commercial sounding indie rock from these Nottingham types, who are kind of like Interpol crossed with Radiohead. It's the kind of song that will probably dominate Radio 2's airwaves for quite some time...as it has all the charm of a Coldplay single. It's well produced and played, etc...but it's a bit...banal. It has soaring vocals, slightly delayed guitar breakdowns, and emotive warblings. The strangest thing about this song is the fact that I can't remember what the song actually does and if it has any charm...just pop it back on the old rekkid player...oh no it doesn't. Comes with a signed postcard (...”Hi, we are Dog Is Dead and we are MASSIVE BEDWETTERS!!...”) and a heavy air of emotion.
