These 7”s come in very classy white numbered sleeves with the band name embossed on the front, White Album-style. However instead of one of the most iconic and progressive pop records ever, you get two songs of shambolic indie pop from the Television Personalities. On the A side there's the doleful and bittersweet 'Wonder What It Was', performed by Dan Treacy on his own. A very accomplished piece of songwriting hidden behind a veneer of sloppiness. Then on the flip we've got the instrumental 'Radiohead Song', which busts out a repetitive and spooky groove that doesn't recall Radiohead all that much, essentially being a laid back psychedelic surf song with a dark edge. Sorry about the price, but I can at least confirm that these are two good (and well packaged) songs.
Limited edition 600 numbered copies in embossed sleeve.
