You'll all want this for the stunning Silent Servant/Regis refix. A pummeling cyclic tribal thud of a beat forms the propulsive groundwork to build a epic monster that has Mia Doi Todd's vocals woozily smeared over this gliding astral minimalism. I don't know why a track with so little evidently happening comes over so involving & exciting. Sheer skill. I'm not initially mega-fussed about the Pearson Sound beatless thingy on here, thinking “it's probably a nice thing to have as a DJ tool but gets a bit lost in the booming acoustics of our huge orifice”. However, on the headphones it totally comes alive with gorgeous ambient shimmers and drones ricocheting & echoing amongst variably pitched soft vocal edits. A very beautiful, meditative slice of glistening space-core
