Drugstore - Standing Still

Standing Still by Drugstore

Drugstore’s new single ‘Standing Still’ was conceived during a frosty weekend at the Drugstore cave. Written on a fan-donated guitar, with a poncho-wearing Isabel Monteiro under a mad-prophet guise, reminding us that in the end, it all fades to dust…The song was recorded during the ‘Anatomy’ album sessions - another freezing day, this time on Platts Eyot, a remote island on the Western fringes of the river Thames - with a bottle of cheap brandy for warmth and inspiration.
