Another lot that have been away awhile but I didn't expect this as a comeback. The opening track sounds like Shirley Bassey (without Shirley Bassey if you know what I mean) - a big dramatic horn loop, the introduction music to a magician as performed by a combination of John Barry, Mark Ronson and V/VM. What a peculiar tune. Enjoyable though. By track two we are back in marginally more Gescom like territory with clattering beats and little else. On the flip we get some squeaky, squelshy avant funk with trebly keyboards and a lolloping beat. the final track sounds like a supercharged horse hurtling about with an ice rink style organ on its back. Getting into all kinds of mischief. An oddball release for sure and most unlike the Gescom I used to buy records by back in the late '90's but certainly unafraid to experiment with all manner of sound sources however preposterous.
