This is the debut release from Antwerp, an Italian born, London based producer and remixer. You may be familiar with some of the mixes he's done for Cymbals and Ghost Poet among others. This debut offering is a an outright display of electronic tomfoolery/mastery. It bounces around like an enthusiastic child of a track incorporating as much of dance music's history into one track as he can. It's Balearic trance gone wild with everything but the kitchen sink thrown in for good measure. Flip it and you get 'Yupik', a ghostly synth workout featuring awesome guitar trickery and delightfully quirky ambient keys. It's as good if not better than the A-side. A fantastic start from a fine recording artist.
