Above Us The Waves / Gary Gore & E.E. Viles / Daniel Lancaster - To Dare Is To Do

Philophobia Music release an EP featuring a number of the lesser known favourites from 2010’s ‘Under The Bus Station Clock’. The EP is available in a 3x mini Cd package (each artist on a separate disc) and digital download. The CD package will be available from Jumbo Records and Crash Records in Leeds and Thee SPC, Norman Records and Philophobia bandcamp online. The download will be available at all major download stores.

Disc A
Above Us The Waves; four friends from Wakefield, formed in 2009 and released their self-financed EP ‘A Gene’ in the summer of 2010. ‘Pilot Episode’ from that EP also featured on ‘Under The Bus Station Clock’. Their frenetic energy filled live shows have caught the eye around Wakefield and their two tracks here (produced by Rob Slater) give you a great taster of what to expect from them.

Disc B

Disc C
Daniel Lancaster was the guitarist in the first band we ever released: Lapels. Since their demise in late 2009 he had kept much quieter than his former bandmates until ‘Camouflage’ was released on UTBSC. The songs included here show a fuller more confident sound which Daniel will show when he returns to playing live in the next few months.
