Jason Corder & Opium - Autunno

Autunno by Jason Corder & Opium

Jason Corder's percussive minimalism interwoven with Opium's drones.

Jason Corder. The moniker "Off the Sky" was originally birthed as a simple misinterpretation of an obscure line from that famous film Trainspotting. Random as its conception was, Off the Sky is an all too apropos title summating the dub-atmospheric and acoustic solo projects emanating from Jason Corder's studio in Kentucky, USA. It is a humble hand that reflects both his mild mannered nature and his usual "in-the-clouds" mind-set. Jason's musical style is loosely inspired by the likes of Monolake, Gas, and Christian Fennesz.

Teo Zini ( Opium ) was born in Bollate, Milan (Italy) in 1979 and now lives in Varese.
His love for electronic music began when he was 15.His first experiments were created with thefirst home personal computer soundcards.
Through software he creates rich drones and complex soundscapes often using etnic/tribal sounds and beats.
Opium is also involved in other projects such as Sola Translatio with Alio Die.
