The man KFW takes up his side with what appears to be a live recording from 2007 utilizing (presumably) his modular synthesizer setup. He builds from scratch with analogue rumbles that evolve into tweaked sorta doomed out futurist blasts of neon light across a black landscape. It doesn't take long before things get a little nasty sounding with harsher high frequencies and thick strata of grizzly modulations. Yeah a total live jam style to this and no doubt a fine document of the evenings events but I really do prefer Keith's stuff when he's revised it and worked on things a little longer. Although that's not to say there aren't some decent head rinsing sounds on offer though. Meanwhile the grooves underneath reveal Mike Shiftlet taking control of his machines with hypnotic mid-range synth/ feedback drones which he sculpts into a cerebral sonic black-hole complete with constantly impeding claustrophobia. Always a great place to hang out for yours truly.
