Need You Now is the searing, triumphant opening stanza from Cut Copy’s 3rd record, Zonoscope, and the new single. An epic, throbbing technotronic love letter if there was one, Need You Now is a high point in the Cut Copy catalogue and one for the lovers.  

If Zonoscope is the city that Cut Copy built with their new record, a kind of utopian urban jungle, then Need You Now is the airstrip that runs right down Broadway.

Need You Now has been re-imagined in 3 dazzlingly different ways. Detroit techno legend Carl Craig has done his thing - that is glistening, deeply futuristic techno, teasing Need You Now out to a monolithic 13 minutes that we wish went for a lifetime. Architecture In Helsinki turn in a sublimely elegant  Hawaiian doo wop version, while Gavin Russom ups the icy robofunk and brings the back up choir to the fore, in a wonderful fashion.
