Exile / Free the Robots - LA # 10 EP

The tenth and final episode in All City’s LA Series comes from Exile (Sound In Color, Plug Research) and Free The Robots (Alpha Pup). Exile’s side is one extended piece broken into four parts, continuing the themes of his ‘Radio’ LP. With its myriad of vocal samples and ever-changing beat, this is a fittingly individualistic piece of music to help bring the series to a close. Free The Robots weighs in with three new tracks for the flipside; the heavy organ vibes of ‘Young And Yet Too Old’, the MF Doom-esque sound of ‘Destroy’ and, as the last word in  this run of releases, the appropriate shout to percussion of ‘With The Drum”.
