About a year ago I remember being fairly enchanted by the third album by Beach House. So must a lot of other people as there are bands springing up all over who sound rather a lot like them. This new single by girl/boy duo Elephant is consumately excellent, a lovely floaty pop song with jaunty accordian/organ and fab female vocals. Its just that it sounds EXACTLY like Beach House. It must be odd to be in a band who sound so much like another band - imagine supporting them 'in concert' - the situation would be farcical. Its very good though. Anyone needing more Beach House would do well to get a hold of this.
