Edition: 100, 2xC30 Audio Cassette. No Fun Fest source of energy, Venezuelean in-exile, and Brooklyn resident Carlos Giffoni makes some of the roughest electronic music around right now. He’s not that interested in charming the listener, rather into feeding raw analogue synth tones into your head. Giffoni have been working as No Fun Acid for a while doing some harsh take on old school acid house. This 2xC30 is probably the companion to his 2009 album ”Adult Life” on No Fun Productions, and recorded live in different location. Giffoni is not willing to reveal where but who cares? We can imagine instead. Modular synth action for the narrow minded. Or was it open minded? Damn, can’t remember.
