We got a wee exclusive on these. These are sold as subscription packs with a bunch of other similar titles but we managed to score a handful of these little fellas on their own. You get 2 brand new long pieces of Jasper TX's goodness to absorb at your own leisure. If you buy one that is, if you don't then you've no idea on what you're missing out on. The 20 minutes here just about fills the 3" CD to capacity with it's lush drones, minimalism and layered textures. It's well nice and if you're into the whole warm sounding pastoral droney business then you'll be wanting a piece of Dag's ass. Excellent!

Jasper TX is Dag Rosenqvist who started studying double bass and participated in bands from an early age. When he discovered recording through a borrowed 4-track cassette recorder Jasper TX was born. Dag's music is mainly guitar driven but when a layer of drums, voices, organs, toy pianos, field recordings and effects are added it becomes something quite special and unique. Mute Harbour features two new long pieces.
