And relax... Time for something a wee bit more soothing. Stick your feet up, shut your computer down, trousers off and light that cigar... it's maxi chill time courtesy of a load of revered fellas and some pianos. This rather smart vinyl comp called 'Key's on Spanish label 'American Typewriter' is well nice! It features exclusive tracks by (wait for it...) Richard A Ingram, Library Tapes, Rafael Anton Irisarri, Peter Broderick, Nils Frahm, Machinefabriek and more. That's a stellar line up for you compheads. If you're into your ivory tinklers then this is the place to be. Though there are some experimental electronic happenings on here it's all about the tinklies. The Library Tapes track is great... practically reduced me to tears that fucker did. Vinyl only which is nice as a lot of these artists rarely appear on vinyl.... numbered of 550 copies too! Lovely stuff.

First compilation on American Typewriter is KEYS and, as the subtitle says, it is a comprehensive collection of contemporary piano compositions. Includes tracks by Peter Broderick, Nils Frahm, Library Tapes, Rafael Anton Irisarri, Machinefabriek, Richard A Ingram, Sommer, Krater and Gabriela Parra. From the strictly modern classical sound to the more experimental and electronic stuff using piano. In addition to the music, the great sleeve design is made by Rutger Zuydervelt.

550 numbered copies.
