Deerhunter - Revival

 
Halcyon Digest, the fourth studio album from Atlanta’s Deerhunter
will be released worldwide via 4AD on September 27th 2010.

The quartet of Bradford Cox, Lockett Pundt, Joshua Fauver and Moses Archuleta have established themselves as one of the most innovative and important bands to emerge from the US in recent years and
Halcyon Digest is sure to bolster this newfound status of theirs.

Completed in less than a month in June 2010 and co-produced with Ben H. Allen at Chase Park Transduction in Athens, the first single to be lifted from Halcyon Digest is ‘Revival’.

Fans who contributed to the band’s interactive Xerox project – which announced the forthcoming album – will already have heard the tracks (their reward for providing photos of strategically-placed Cox-designed flyer posters was early access before anyone else) but the single will be made publicly available as a 7” on August 23rd
