Here it is then, the unlikely collaboration everyone's been waiting for with baited breath. Antony contributes his ever-distinctive vocal presence to a take on the title track of the last Oneohtrix Point Never LP with Daniel Lopatin on piano and, but for the far odder lyrical content, you could easily mistake it for a prime example of one of the torch songs that have made his Johnsons loved throughout the world. Snigger. Seriously though, it's a good 'un but - as ever - whether you're gonna be into it rests entirely on how you feel about his voice. On the B-side I get closer towards my Recommended Weekly Allowance of Fennesz as he obscures the starkness of the original in favour of a more ghostly reading which comes across like a memory that fades a little more each time it plays itself through. Excellent.

1) Returnal - Antony's Vocal Version

Hot on the heels of the acclaimed Oneohtrix Point Never "Returnal" album come these fabulous versions of the title track. Antony swings the mood and strips the track of its delayed harmonised vocals and creates poignant ballad with Dan OPN on piano. Fennesz on the other hand sprinkles some his world famous majestic stardust over the proceedings.

All packaged in dazzling artwork by Stephen O'Malley.
