I quite like these cheeches. Their latest slab of vinyl ticks all the correct Soft Pack boxes. Amazingly catchy guitar parts? Yes sir, thank you sir. Laid back, yet snarled urgent vocals? Yes sir, thank you sir. Pounding straight-up-cock drums? Yes sir, thank you sir. This newie reminds me of an angrier early REM. It aslo reminds me of some pop punk acts that I wont mention on these hallowed pages. I reckon this is a really great single. punchier than Mike Tyson and mouthier than Mel Gibson after finding out that his ex has been seeing other guys. It could also be one of the greatest victories since Chelmsford beat Harrow in the Oxford flower show by 12 sore bottoms to 2. This single should be purchased BY YOU!!!( or whoever pays the bills).
“More or Less” is the 3rd impeccable single from The Soft Pack’s self-titled debut which was released to unanimous praise earlier this year.
